Day 151, January 8th, 2010
We were looking forward to seeing Sharon and Nev at their hotel tonight for supper. We thought we'd spend the day on the beach before meeting them there. We took our computer to the marina first thing to check our e-mails before setting off. However, there was an e-mail from Sharon to say they had had to cancel their trip at the last minute. We understood, of course, but were disappointed. We will be thinking of you all Riddells!!
So we took our little picnic to the Beach. The weather was gorgeous. I was able to go for a swim. John loved the scenery! I had a lovely time reading my book and sunbathing!!
We had supper at Hooters. (I'd never been in a Hooters before.) Returned to the boat about 7:00. It had been a lovely day.
